A very nice William Ault "Aultcliff" vase, dating to the 1920s or 30s. Lovely rounded form, variegated crystalline glaze. Influences of Ruskin and Christopher Dresser (Ault re-used some of Dresser's designs for Linthorpe earlier in his career).
