Michel Michael Harvey Craft Pottery Trompe L'oeil Gardening Glove Vase Canada. A rare piece for the fans of Michel Harvey and Harvey Craft in his inimitable trompe l'oeil realist form; Pop Art. It's a fact that Michael Harvey no longer makes ceramics. While the tank and paper-bag vases are the artist's most widely known pieces, the ceramic gardening-glove vase, cardboard-box vessel, and cardboard teapot are rarer and thus the most sought after.

This is a gardening glove, but it's also a vase, slip cast in tan-tinted bisque, with painted green accent and visible stitching detail. An iconic piece of postmodern Canadian design, and scarce.
