Sweet Rookwood Pottery Arts Crafts Mini Cachepot XXXI 1931 #6076 Matte Yellow

  

This arts-and-crafts piece is shaped like a tulip and is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks, no crazing and no repairs. Inside the rim, the glaze drip has some peppering, some of which is pink, along with random pink spots inside the piece. Not really sure what the intent was perhaps an overspray?

, but the color is there inside. However, it does not appear on the exterior. This cute little cachepot is almost 3-1/2" tall and 4-1/4" wide at the top rim. The base of the pottery is stamped with the Rookwood Pottery flame mark, the shape number 6076 and the production year XXXI (1931). This gorgeous glaze is a matte, sunny yellow color with the aforementioned pink spots at the rim and inside.

The vase is very clean but also has evidence of mild staining inside from gentle use. Check out all 9 photos!
