Here is a very nice Saturday Evening Girl's Paul Revere Pottery vase with a horizontal band of tulip flowers, stems, and leaves. It has good matte glazes with two colors of blue, green leaves and orange yellow flowers and black outlines. As most of their production was utilitarian plates, bowls, and pitchers, decorated vases are rare. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or firing flaws, just one tiny pimple in the glaze near the bottom and a stilt mark that touches the edge of the foot.
It measures 4 1/2 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches in diameter at the lip. 12-24 for 1924 and decorator initials FL for Fannie Levine. An unusual form and a beautiful piece of New England Arts & Crafts art pottery.
