Here is a really nice Rookwood Pottery production vase with six rooks or crows repeated around the lower portion and buttress' at the lip in a smooth matte aubergine or deep purple brown glaze with nice highlighting. It measures 5 3/4 inches tall and 3 1/8 inches in diameter at the bulbous top. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or firing flaws. Marks include the RP die-stamped mark, XXI for 1921, and shape number 2326.
