Dated 1901, this Rookwood Pottery Arts and Crafts Z-Line vase, decorated by Albert Munson, stands 5.25" tall, has an inside rim opening of 2.25", and is 4 in diameter. Finished in a very pretty green-black glaze, is has an abstract design within squares. In factory original condition, as pictured, minor glaze misses, there are no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs.
Marks include the Rookwood Pottery "RP" factory logo, flames, 1 (date), Albert Munson's cipher, and 3EZ. A very nice early Rookwood Z-Line vase to add to your collection.
