Rookwood Pottery CST 8 7/8 floral carved matte red blue arts & crafts

  
Here is a really nice Rookwood Pottery floral carved matte vase decorated by Charles Stuart Todd. A band of blue flowers, green leaves and yellow carved panels circles the shoulder on a shaded curdled red to blue ground. It measures 8 7/8 inches tall and about 3 7/8 inches in diameter at the widest. It is marked with the RP die-stamp, XV for 1915, shape number 905D, and an incised C.

It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws or repairs. A beautiful example of arts & crafts Rookwood floral artistry.
