Here is a very nice and colorful Rookwood Pottery scenic vellum landscape matte finish vase decorated by Sallie Coyne. There is a blue, green and gray scene of trees and lake with distant shoreline and pinkish sky. It measures 7 5/8 inches tall and 3 7/8 inches in diameter at the widest. Marked with the RP die-stamp, XX for 1920, shape number 2061, V for vellum, and a conjoined SEC for the artist. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws or repairs, and just the typical crazing and a couple of pepper spots.
