Here is a beautiful and rare antique Dedham Pottery tree trunk form pitcher. In the catalog reprint it is called the No. 16 Pitcher, Oak Block (Majolica Type) 5 1/2" high, 1 1/2 pints". It has good cobalt blue coloring and good even crackle. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or firing flaws. It measures 5 1/2 inches high, 6 inches from handle to spout, and about 4 inches deep. It is marked with the firms blue ink stamp (registered) which dates it to after 1929.
