Here is a beautiful Newcomb College Pottery scenic landscape cabinet vase in their signature matte blue green glazes. The full moon is peeking out from behind the moss laden branching oak trees with a distant tree horizon in the background. Well carved with good detail, contrast, and color.

It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or firing flaws. It measures 3 3/8 inches high and 3 5/16 inches in diameter at the widest point. Marked with the firm's die-stamped NC mark, a conjoined SI for decorator Sadie Irvine, a very faint potters mark probably JM for potter Joseph Meyer, and date code PS59 for 1926.
