Here is a nice Hampshire Pottery vase covered in their variegated and curdled snakeskin blue glaze. Made in Keene New Hampshire before 1923 this pottery was influenced by Boston's Grueby Pottery. Marked Hampshire Pottery with the in the mold mark, an M in a circle for Emoretta Robertson, and shape number 54/2. It measures 5 1/8 inches tall and 6 inches in diameter at the widest. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs, just some minor indiscretions and bubbles in the glaze.
