Here is an very nice Hampshire Pottery vase with a bulbous bottom and a tall flaring neck. It is covered in a beautiful, well curdled, tan gray glaze. Made in Keene New Hampshire before 1923 this pottery was influenced by Boston's Grueby Pottery.
Marked Hampshire Pottery with the in the mold mark, a slightly different M in a circle that looks a bit like a scarab, probably for Emoretta Robertson, and "107" the shape number. It measures 9 1/4 inches tall and 6 5/8 inches in diameter at the widest. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws, or repairs, just the mold lines show a little. An excellent piece of New England Arts & Crafts art pottery.
