Galloway 12 Arts & Crafts Matte Turquoise Garden Pottery Vase, Dated 1933

  

Garden ware Galloway pieces are rare from this period. This one is in great condition and dated 33' on the interior of the vase with beautiful glazing in shades of turquoise on the exterior. Measures 11 1/2 tall x 9 at its widest. It's in outstanding condition with no cracks or chips.

It shows normal wear, with a few pin holes in the making. The vase is very heavy. It has on opening in the base. It probably was for attachment to a pedestal, or for drainage.

It's original to the piece. The vase itself weighs 6 pounds.
