Studio pottery candle holder by Frank Phillips of Ashland, Oregon, showing strong West Coast modernist student of the Pond Farm. Hand-thrown and altered stoneware form with sculptural, organic lines. The body features a warm iron-speckled clay with natural earth-toned glaze and soft blue pooling at the candle cup.

The impressed oval monogram stamp is present near the base. The piece reflects the 1960s-1970s Pacific Northwest studio pottery movement, emphasizing natural materials, asymmetry, and quiet surface variation. No chips, cracks, or repairs observed.
