An early Charles Walter Clewell Pottery vase that stands 5" tall by 3.25" in diameter. On a shouldered shape, this vase is finished in Clewell's "secret" formula that created a bluish-green and red matte gorgeous patina. Incised on the base "Clewell 334-26", this vase is in factory original condition. There are no cracks, chips, hairlines, or repairs. A good Arts and Crafts vase from a smaller, lessor known craftsmen that will make a very nice addition to your pottery collection. If you have any questions, please contact Barbara Gerr Antiques. Any white spots, reflections, shadows, or lines are from the lights and not in the glaze.
