Thrown on a potter's wheel of red clay. The first firing is biscuit. After the first firing it is covered with glaze. Then the glaze was partially removed for a better artistic effect. The second firing on a unique technology reduction firing.

When firing without oxygen, the clay changes color from red to black. Some glazes also change color.
