Antique Van Briggle art pottery vase, hand-incised on base. Indicating early Colorado Springs production. Signed on base with incised Van Briggle Colo. Features a sculptural form, rich brown glaze, and textured rim.

All characteristic of early Van Briggle studio pottery. Later Van Briggle pieces were produced for decades and may share. Similar shapes but lack the Colorado Springs mark found on this example. Condition: Very good antique condition with no chips or cracks noted. Minor surface variation consistent with age and handmade production.
