For sale we have a very nice 6 3/4 Arts & Crafts or Mission Style two toned matt green and teal colored Rookwood art pottery trumpet or tumbler style vase. This vase has a nice Arts and Crafts form, design and glaze with a nice with a slender conical body ending with a wide flared opening. The color combinations and glaze are beautiful with a rich matt teal green mottled and variegated frog skin style appearing glaze.

The example has a beautiful and eye catching abstract flowing wild flower and stem design. This vase is a true representation of abstract art and is a collectible item for those interested in decorative pottery. This vase looks beautiful in any lighting and angle when displayed. The base is impressed with the Rookwood Flame mark along with the date 1923 in Roman numerals and the model number 2690.

The last number is glazed over with this very thick glaze. The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, scratches or scuffs. There is no staining, repairs or alterations. There is no crazing on this vase. This vase has the look. The inside of the vase is clean with no issues just a bit of dirt in the inside bottom.
