This highly collectible piece was retailed under the private commission mark "Rafco" for the Rafetto Company. Glaze, Form & Historical Significance: This squat, broad-shouldered vase is finished in Fulper's legendary "Moss Rose" glaze-a spectacular glossy Chinese Green drip that flows dynamically over a rich matte mauve/pink flambé underglaze.

Markings: Clearly incised with the script private label vendor mark "Rafco" cleanly struck on the unglazed bottom base. This piece is free of chips, cracks, hairline fractures, or flea bites. The rim and base are completely smooth and undamaged.
