Antique American Green Hand Crafts Vase Zanesville

  

A green urn shaped vase with that Arts and Crafts simplicity. The matte green glaze has highlights of different tinges depending on how the light hits it. The glaze has a soft, thick feel to the touch.

The only embellishment to the vase is a faint, shallow line at the shoulder. The foot is shallow and unglazed.

The unmarked base is glazed. The foot shows the buff-colored clay that was used. 4 ¾" (12.1 cm) diameter x 8 1/8" (20.6 cm) tall. 6.0 oz (1075 g).
