This is an early Amphora Austria Large Centerpiece Bowl made pre 1910. It most likely was done between 1892 and 1906. Stylistically, its got elements of both Arts & Crafts and Jugenstil or Sessionist movements with its geometric design, 3 columnar pedestal "Feet" and enameling and "Gres Bijou" or "Stoneware Jewels". It may be a pre-cursor to the later "Campina" series which featured Birds and other Animals in brightly colored enamels in much the same tones used on this piece! Its marked with the Crown mark from RStL As well as Amphora in an oval Austria in an Oval and numbered 15033 G4 and there are 2 other marks on it, probably noting who designed it.
Its a substantial piece measuring approximately 7 1/2 inches in height and 10 inches in diameter at the top of the bowl. Please see photos and feel free to ask any questions, thanks!
