Beautiful Vintage Antique San Jose Mission Arts & Crafts Art Pottery Tile measures approximately 8" x 8" x 1/2, and features a lovely view of the historic San Jose Mission in San Antonio, Texas in glazed colors blue, green, gray, brown, white, &tc. Separated by a raised outline between elements in the design believed to be the cuenca method.

The name "SAN JOSE MISSION" appears at the bottom in raised lettering. The back of the tile is marked with the cactus logo associated with Ethel Wilson Harris, founder of the pottery at San Jose Mission in the very early 1930's, and the following. Made in San Jose Mission. The Vintage Antique San Jose Mission Tile is in Very Good Condition for its Considerable Age, with a tiny paint fleck or glaze irregularity on the left edge near the bottom.
