Matte Green Arts & Crafts. A fine American art pottery vase from the Rookwood Pottery of Cincinnati Ohio. The 113 year old early production pot. Features a banded seed pod design.
By Kataro Shirayamadani that is covered in an outstanding dead matte green glaze. The base impressed with the RP Rookwood logo, shape1681 and X date code for 1910. Size: 4 1/4" diameter x 4 1/4" high.The vase is in excellent factory original condition as shown with no chips, hairlines, crazing or repairs. Offered for sale without reserve.
