Here is a very nice Teco Pottery vase with a beehive shape, design attributed to W. It is shape number 226 in the Teco catalog. It has the famous Teco matte green glaze with some mottled charcoaling. It measures 4 inches in height and 4 1/2 inches in diameter. There is touch up restoration to a tiny rim bruise, but is otherwise in great condition with no chips, cracks, or firing flaws.

Signed under the glaze with the firm's die-stamped mark and shape #226. A good simple form by the famous Arts & Crafts Prairie School Art Pottery.
