Here is a very good early Rookwood Pottery production vase with a triangle dart geometric band below the shoulder. The glaze is a matte green with a brick red blush around the lip and neck. The glaze thins nicely over the decoration and highlights it.

It measures 6 1/2 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches in diameter at the widest. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or firing flaws.

Marks include the RP die-stamped mark, VI for 1906, and shape number 534D. A good example of arts & crafts Rookwood production art pottery.
