Here is a really nice Rookwood Pottery production paperweight of a turtle in a curdled matte blue green glaze. It measures 4 1/4 inches from head to tail, about 3 1/2 inches wide, and about 2 1/4 inches tall. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or firing flaws. Marks include the RP die-stamped mark, XXIII for 1923, and shape number 1686.
