1924 Rookwood Pottery vase in a green matte glaze with some brown glaze underneath. The shape number is 2283. The glaze pools some at the base.

The brown gives a bit of mottling effect in areas. The brown is somewhat apparent on the top rim and on the base. The vase is urn shaped with a stylized incised pattern on the bottom band. No cracks, chips or damage. Some glaze pops and some graphite marks.

Measurements: 5 3/8" tall and 3 1/2" at its widest. The top dia is 2 3/8" and the base dia is 2 1/8". Our store came into existence August of 2013 after having managed antique malls on the West side of Los Angeles for over 20 years. We strive to accurately describe our items.
