Beautiful Arts & Crafts / Mission Style Handcrafted Motawi Tile Box. This Arts & Crafts style box is constructed with quarter sawn white oak.

It is finished with a combination of shellac, lacquer and dye to create a warmth and color. Additional lacquer is then applied for a durable finish.

A coat of fine wax is applied and buffed to a low sheen. The size of the box is 8" by 8" and 3 3/4 tall.

The box is outfitted with a stunning Motawi Tileworks tile entitled "Dard Hunter Rose" The tile is embossed on the back with the original "Motawi Tileworks" name and logo. It is initialed by the artist. The tile is 3 13/16" square and 5/8" thick, which contributes to the box's weight of.

Tile can be accessed by removing the screws on the back. Although preowned, this piece is in excellent original condition. Please review photos for more specific details.
