Here is a beautiful and rare decorated Marblehead Pottery puffy tree landscape tile. The design is incised and glazed in dark brown against the background of olive matte green, a color which is usually only seen on early pieces. It measures 6 1/4 inches square and about an inch thick (framed 12" x 12"). It is in good condition with only a few small edge chips which don't show when framed and no cracks, firing flaws, or repairs.
