It features 2 owls on tree branches on the front and an Arts and Crafts style decoration on the back. The top, bottom, handles and owls are all glazed while the body of the vase is unglazed slip pottery.

The vase is well marked on the bottom Austria, Amphora, Crown Mark (Reissner), Campina, #11615/64. Great example of early 1900s Amphora.
