Here is a very nice Hampshire Pottery wheel thrown squat vase with a flaring lip covered in a textured and dripping matte green glaze. Made in Keene New Hampshire before 1923 this pottery was influenced by Boston's Grueby Pottery.

It measures 4 1/4inches tall and 4 1/2 inches in diameter at the widest. Marked with a hand incised Hampshire Pottery indicating it was thrown by the firm's full time potter, and the M in a circle for Emoretta Robertson. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws, or repairs. A good piece of New England Arts & Crafts Art Pottery.
