Here is a good Grueby Pardee pottery landscape tile with tall green trees and puffy white clouds against a blue sky above an ochre field. The matte glaze colors are nicely curdled and stay within the subtle brown recessed lines. It measures 4 1/4 inches square and about 3/8 inch thick (framed, 8 1/2 square).

There are no big chips, repairs, cracks, or firing flaws, just a few tiny corner and edge nicks which are covered by the frame. Pardee Works on the back.

Framed in an oak Arts & Crafts style frame. A beautiful Arts & Crafts landscape tile.
