Brand New in open box But it does not come with the upper level table. I used to turn pottery, and my wheel never had this table, so I dont think it is a big deal.

Note that it is listed as New instead of New Other or Open Box. This category only gives the option of New or Used for the condition. This is a very large and heavy item, so I didnt take it out of the box. I took the best photos that I could.
