Offering a beautiful Weller Jardiniere with a blended glaze of warm greens and browns. And impressed in a pattern of Squirrels, oak leaves, acorns and branches. The majolica jardiniere measures 9" tall, 10 1/2" diameter and weighs 6-1/2 pounds unpacked. It has two small hairline cracks that are 1-1/2 and 2-1/2 long on opposite sides of the rim (see last to pics).
Also, the glaze was thick so the factory had to knock some off of the base in order to have the planter sit flat. Other than what has been mentioned above, this nearly 100 year old rare piece of Weller is in overall beautiful condition. Please see all of the pictures of the listed item, as they are part of the description.
